Welcome to my Web Page. My name is Alan McClain and I am Amateur Radio Operator KA4BNI, located in Dresden, Tennessee. I've been in Amateur Radio since 1979 starting as a Novice, and currently holding a General class license. I'm the A.R.E.S. Asst. Emergency Coordinator for Weakley County Tennessee, and the ARRL Technical Specialist for the North West Tennessee Region. I am also the Tennessee Director and Statewide Frequency Coordinator for SERA (South Eastern Repeater Association).

I'm employed by the Tennessee Department of Safety District 8 as a Communications Technician in the Jackson District. I service approximately 80 mobile units, in 11 counties, consisting of the Tennessee Highway Patrol, THP CID, Arson Investigation, and the State Alcohol Beverage Commission. I also service 5 tower sites and a dispatch center in Jackson, TN. I occasionally lend a hand to the Tennessee Emergency Management Agency (TEMA) in the West Tennessee region.

Thanks for visiting my web page.
